Of the 7,000+ languages in the world, over 6,000 do not have a full Bible. Of these, over 40% do not have a written form. Of the 400+ sign languages in the world, only 1 has a full Bible.
Whole Word Institute bridges the gap by training native speakers to translate directly from Hebrew into their mother tongue. Our goal is to see the original Testament translation underway in every language by 2033.

Whole World Institute
The Whole Word Institute believes that access and knowledge of the Tanakh (Old Testament) is critical to the health and growth of Believers and Believing communities around the globe. We therefore train translators in Biblical Hebrew so that they can translate the Tanakh (Old Testament) directly from the original authoritative language of Scripture into the over 6500 languages that do not yet have the Old Testament.

About the Leadership
Dr Swarr grew up in Israel where he has lived for over 40 years. He has also lived and worked on five continents. He has a rich leadership background including senior positions in multinational companies, NGOs, congregations, and academia. He holds a PhD in intercultural organizational leadership. David is committed to accelerating access to the whole Word for people of all languages whether written, oral, or signed.
